Clear deep gold. Abundant, genie-like nose of baked apple and birch. Medium palate confirms the nose -- the apple is green -- with a hint of ripe pear and mineral notes with solid, medium-plus acidity tempered by the barrel treatment. The Classique draws from the top vineyards around lower Seneca Lake, and the result is among the best the Finger Lakes has to offer. Excellent all-around white for rich seafood, pork, or poultry dishes, and especially the Thanksgiving table. Drink now 2021 through 2026. — 6 months ago

Light and slightly sweet. Hints of strawberry and lychee. Very little or almost no acidity. But paired well with spicy Middle Eastern food. — 2 months ago
Good but we preferred the others. This one was not sav Blanc notes and harsh. Skip. — 6 months ago
Very good! Can’t remember if we had this at the winery but it is a nice a slightly oaky but bright option. Started very very light. Almost water light and developed into a heavier interesting wine that had honeysuckle notes and lemon at the end. Would get again. — 7 months ago

Wasn’t expecting something this expressive - white flowers, yellow and green apples, minerality driving through alongside the acidity. Interested in trying more from Forge, this was our first — a month ago
