Tried it 5 years ago and again today, now that it’s 10 years old. What a waste of 5 years. Shoulda just drank it all back then and invested in something better for the shelf.

Deep flavour, especially on the very back palate. Almost like I experience most of the taste in my throat. A bit tart, if I'm honest... but I like it.
