エミリアのサンジョベーゼ。プレダッピオのサンジョベーゼといえばノエリアリッチ（パンドルファ）、ノットゥルノくらいしか飲んだことがないので、エリアの個性とかは分からないが…
キャンティクラシコのようなカリカリした感じはなく、優しい口当たりで上品な甘さ。
カシス、カカオ、ハーブ、乳酸。
ぶりの刺身、牡蠣は醤油をつけたらマッチした。
グラスはどちらでもだけど、ボルドーが上品な甘さが味わえて良かったかな。

The 2021 Sangiovese Predappio is perfumed with an earthy tinge that perfectly offsets its ripe blueberry fruit.
