Happy birthday KT — 3 years ago
Still a good amount of fruit and life left, though on the decline for sure. Surprisingly good, given not a noteworthy vintage. Mature flavors. Savory, herbaceous and earthy. Now Spring Mountain vineyards (Falcon Crest). One of a few “birth year wines” I’ve had and enjoyed. — 5 years ago
Really tasty. Cool. Cola and black cherries. Herbs on the back end. Can’t pin point the herb. Very good wine. — 7 years ago
As recomended by KT Fletcher from lunch at Oleana restaurant — 8 years ago
Big, with chewy fruit balanced by leather and earth. I like the falcon on the label. — 9 years ago

Falcon Cove-2019 — 4 years ago
Tart cherries, cassis and floral notes. Dusty, leathery with lots of chewy sediments. Still youthful compared to the 2001. Wonderful winery with a beautiful estate. If you have ever seen Falcon Crest, you should definitely visit SM. — 7 years ago
Viewed my first rocket launch tonight, a SpaceX Falcon 9 out of Vandenberg AFB. Photo is just after booster separation. Booster then returned and landed. This is the only wine I Had with a space tie, at least in name. A former second label for Mark Adams of Ledge and long time Saxum assistant. I presume this is a GSM. Big fruit Paso profile and 15.5% ABV. Tasty and a good buy at $15. — 8 years ago
Smooth, a hint of fruit and that great St. Rita Hills nose. Yum! — 9 years ago

New vintage of this Cab and Petit Verdot blend. Grippy tannins, and powerful layered red and black fruit. Long finish. As the wine opens up beautiful hints of cassis. Nicely integrated at 5 years. Great wine to celebrate all the moms. ❤️😊 — 2 months ago
