Much more expressive than the 2018, with crunchy underripe apricot, green mango, lime & lemon zest, a touch of green grapefruit. On the palate this is precise & pure with a core of juicy, electric acidity and spicy, slightly salty minerality. Great depth & loads of character. Very nice nose of stony fruit, light pastry aromas and such nice minerality. A very smooth yet vivid acidity with finesse, class and elegance, very small yet creamy bubbles, long delicious finish with that slight pastry and stony fruit taste, irresistible mixture of energy and class. 94-95
Nez aromatique et fin, brioché, fruits blancs, minéral. Acidité et tension appuyée tout en étant d’une finesse et délicatesse incroyable, bulles hyper fines tout en étant delicatement crémeuses, une finale très longue avec une touche briochée et cette minéralité irrésistible, belle énergie, quelle classe et quel délice.

Lovely aromatics with ripe red apples, Mirabelle plums, fresh apricots & white peaches. There’s a healthy pinch of white pepper & nutmeg, too. Quite broad & rich.
On the palate this shows amazing depth & restraint, cool purity and great balance. This has power yet seems weightless. This is just brilliant and a perfect fit with homemade Tafelspitz.
