If there’s any producer that I almost worship, it’s this one. So perhaps it was not a surprise that my tasting for the first time of his Arbois red was a bit underwhelming.. I will say I did not decant, was a Pop and pour. His wines are so subtle and so well constructed. I have half a case to go so I’ll take my time.
