Liquor junction for $20? Super good. — 3 years ago
Magnificent junction between Burgundy and Beaujolais, with this light red, floral, red fruits, gamay (?) that pinote splendidly. Bright acidity, finely persistent tannins; perfectly the type of wine that my palate loves.
Magnifique croisement entre Bourgogne et Beaujolais, avec ce rouge léger, floral, fruits rouges, gamay (?) qui pinote assurément. Acidité vives, tanins finement persistants; parfaitement le type de vin dont mon palais raffole. — 4 years ago
2005 vintage. Orange peel, watercress, dill and some meatiness in the nose. Light-medium body. A dead ringer for a comparably-aged Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars Fay or SLV cab. Def on the feminine side and a little tobacco and cinnamon on a lengthy finish. Top of its’ particular bell curve and has another 3-4 years at this station/junction. Lacks the stuffing to go farther but a very respectable showing nonetheless. Zero speed bumps and well integrated. — 3 years ago
Color of light egg white. A bit bubbly. Nose of ripe tropical fruits, like pineapple and mango, sweet Sprite, a bit nutty and a bit spice. Nose is quite decent. Taste also shows sweet citrus Sprite, a bit tinkling, green apple, roasted nuts, and a bit peppery. Aftertaste is medium long with savory notes from the taste, spicy sweet. Good flavors and above average. — 3 years ago
Mild citrus aroma. Mild peach in the middle. Quick fruit finish — a year ago
Dark ruby in color with a very wide reddish rim.
Pretty nose with chocolates, cedar and vanilla.
Dry on the palate with nice complexity and mouthfeel.
Showing blackberries, black currants, plums, cooked cherries, spices, cedar, licorice, cola, chocolates, vanilla, coffee, peppercorn, light earth, herbs and tobacco.
Long spicy finish with fine grained tannins, herbs and cherries.
This 9-year-old Cabernet Sauvignon from Paso Robles is drinking beautifully now. Spicy, rich and really shows itself right out of the bottle.
Feels Like an elegant Napa Cabernet Sauvignon.
Peaking now, and will continue to drink nicely in the next few years.
I had it 3 years ago, and this time it is drinking much better.
A great sipping wine, but good with food too.

Oak overtones, giving way to a medium full body with unexpected depth on the finish. Fruit notes are light amidst the slightly toasted backbone, but maintains a light acidity in the heavier body. — 8 days ago
