Very young and hard at first, but several hours softens it and reveals the potential. I'll revisit this in another 10 years.

Very nice with cedar, tar, herbs and some berries all around. Enjoyed with a simple beef stew.

A baby... Still very young, but I'm not necessarily convinced that the tannins will taper before the fruit leaves. At the moment, a little unbalanced, but still a good wine.
