My previous comments still apply. Takes a little time to open up, and a little hot initially, but otherwise still earthy and having a distinct black olive umami note and loads of acidity. Where were these wines when we were traveling through SW France. — a month ago
A little 187ml bottle is probably all I would care to drink of this. Soft tannins, a bit acidic, and undeveloped fruit flavors dominate; some secondary aromas of cedar and anise. Not bad, but also not great either. As luck would have it, it paired well with my Wagyu filet mignon. — 9 months ago
Drink 'em if you got 'em. Eleven years old and at its peak with aromas of ripe cherry, mushroom, and hints of moist earth. Light-bodied, yet full-flavored, with adequate acidity, smooth tannins and a medium finish. Too bad it's my last one. — 2 months ago
A bit lighter style of Malbec than I would expect from Mendoza, but still quite good. Plenty of fruit-forward flavors of black cherry, raspberry and ripe plum, with hints of coffee and chocolate. A bit young with firm tannins but it gets smoother with glass time. — 9 months ago
I'm usually not a big fan of Pinot Bianco, but this was exceptional. Aromas of white flowers and lemon cream. Light creamy citrus flavors with a delicate buttery finish that complimented the seafood pasta I was eating. Very satisfying. — 9 months ago
