Light ruby colour. Complex nose at first, Burgundian, dominated by raspberry, and white pepper, also evolved vegetal notes, ferrous, undergrowth, etc. many evocations but all in finesse. After two hours of aeration, the wine is finally in place and the finish finally unfolds between raspberry, pepper and undergrowth. Light but chewy. One of my favourite styles!

Robe rubis légère. Nez complexe à l’abord, bourguignon, dominé par la framboise, et le poivre blanc, également des notes évoluées végétales, ferreux, sous-bois, etc. de nombreuses évocations mais tout en finesse. Après deux heures d’aération le vin est enfin en place et la finale se déploie enfin entre framboise, poivre et sous-bois. Léger mais avec de la matière à mâcher. L’un de mes styles de prédilection! — 24 days ago
