La Villaudière Sancerre Pinot Noir Rosé 2021

Rich but buoyant, light but outspoken enough for me. Bright strawberry and cherry vitamin (in a good way) vibes plus wet stone and pepper. I’d call this wine a friend.

Sancerre Sauvignon Blanc 2013

Bought this to be the "wine before the wine" bottle and while light and crispy (as you would expect) , it really holds its own as far as strength on the flavor profile. Highly recommendable Sancerre #sancerre #wine #whitewine #domaine #france — 10 years ago

Vignoble La Reine Blanche Domaine des Villots Sancerre Sauvignon Blanc 2014

In a beautiful spot. This clean beauty had bright acid that was not overpowering the lime and wet stone flavors. Solid. — 6 years ago

Les Villots Sancerre Pinot Noir Rosé 2022

This rose is not subtle. The nose explodes with peach, strawberry, navel orange, wet gravel. It’s full-flavored in the mouth, dry, but with tons of fruit upfront. Not-yet-integrated acids create a slight sour note on the finish. Boisterous. — 2 months ago

Aux Réas Vosne-Romanée Pinot Noir 2013

@Delectable Wine this is Jean-Marie Fourrier Vosne Romanee Aux Reas Vielle Vigne, which I couldn't find in the database.

Pop and pour. In an excellent place. On the nose: cola, glossy red fruit, pomegranate liqueur, mulberry leaf. On the palate: lovely acidity, savory herbs and blackberry/cherry compote, Still some grainy tannin on the finish. Still somewhat primary, but drinking very well.
