Fantastic! Great fine mousse. First impression: big yummy yeast and not much fruit. Med+ acidity. After opening up for 45 minutes, less pronounced (but still significant) yeast, apple, pear, bell pepper, honey and cinnamon. Complex and very nice. — 18 days ago

This is still very pretty, lots of nice texture, nuance, impeccable balance. Confectionary, fennel seed and floral nose, mineral, tangy, licorice root palate. Still some freshness but it may be time to drink up. What a steal this was. — a month ago

Spectacular wine! First pour was fruity and tart acting like a newly bottled Pinot. Amazing for a 14 year old bottle. But with a bit of air it transformed into a luscious full bodied smooth treat with a lovely bouquet of fruit and ripe earth. The finish just kept going.
