v18. Very good! Soft, dusty , light dried herb nose. Decadent black cherry and blackberry fruit. Slightly bright, soft earthy, mocha finish. Good food wine. — 2 years ago
Crisp, fruit forward, balanced acids. — 4 years ago
Bright ruby center and violets on the rim. Medium viscosity. On the nose, I found ripe cherries, blueberries and hints of blackberry followed by smoky meat, spices and finally some mineral tones. Multilayered aromas and obvious complexity coming through. On the palate, confirmed these and also picked up bacon and chocolate’y tones. Tannins were very much there, but in balance with acidity and alcohol. Finish was long and savory. Outstanding Syrah that will continue to get better over the next 5-10 years. — 5 years ago

Fresh and riper nose. Tart and balanced. Zippy. Black pepper and licorice. Elegance in waiting. Will age well. For sure. — a month ago
