Had this at Comedor in Austin TX last night. The food there was overly hyped up, over smoked! Glad of this even though it's 3 times overpriced in retail! — 12 days ago

Piercing acidity and citrus fruit but not much length. Nice wine, but Not to my taste. — 3 months ago
Easy drinking, paired w/ pineapple mango Mahi Mahi ceviche, high acid bright stone fruit and lime — 12 days ago
Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of two days. Best on Day 2. The 2023 Amador County pours a bright, deep straw color with medium viscosity. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of tart orchard fruit: peach, lemon, tangerine, white flowers, lanolin, and minerals. On the palate, the wine is dry with high acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is long and the texture is waxy. Obviously young but I can’t help but feel that these Chenin’s from Tegan just keep getting better and better. Drink now through 2039. — 2 months ago

Always an excellent buy and always hard to resist opening young. Typical chenin nose of flint, ripe apple and wet wool, juicy and piquant on the palate, fruit forward with the stuffing to develop for eons — 21 days ago
