Definitely not white wine. Savory and structured Roditis with skin contact. Bergamot, quince, dried orange peel, tomato vine, cashews, hazelnuts, tannin. Organic. Dare I say this is a “classic” orange wine? Pair this with spanakopita when you’re feeling funky. — 2 years ago

Syrah in the right hands can be sublime. Cathy Corison has the right hands. This aged so beautifully. — 6 years ago

Sharp, mealy bouquet. A little off aromatic for the typical Moschofilero. Although, strong scent of pineapple cores.
Organic, no additives, and the oldest importer of the varietal to the states. Super pineappley, bracing acidity, feels very old world authentic. Like I’m in Greece and this is the one they would serve at the table overlooking the teal expanse of ocean.
Slight licorice that balances out the sweetness.
Interesting and wonderful. — 3 years ago
Belle découverte. Un nez florale et un goût acidulé, légèrement floral, peu de sucre. Très bon. Peu s’accompagner avec le sushi, poisson, mais aussi porc, poulet. SAQ le cellier $15.60 — 4 years ago
Dark opaque ruby in appearance. Bold bouquet of intense sage, spearmint, and pine bark. Dried plum, herbs, and green peppercorns on the palate. Medium plus bodied, dry. Alcohol medium plus. Tannins are soft. This Coonawarra Cab is unique, quite the departure from the over-oaked, fruit dominant Cali experience. With the long finish, I'm going to give this a nod up to 94 points. This pairs perfectly with hard cheeses.
