More elegant and refined than my last experience, seems to be going through a sleepy phase. Decant for at least 2 hours. Subtle spice, elegant but persistent red berry and earth with good acidity and fairly fine tannin. Awesome with duck leg confit.

The balance is the key to its success and my suggestion it will age. The acidity? perfect, the fruit? Red, blue and pure, perfect, the tannic structure? full bodied, firm yet ripe tannins, though not tasting extracted, perfect. If you drink now decant for several hours if not a day, but better to wait 3-5 years if you have the patience.
