Dark, intense. Smells like cotton candy with hidden aromas of dark plum and black berry balanced by late spring flowers, pepper, cloves and vanilla. There is a hint of tannin, however this wine delivers more nuances leaving you completely satisfied and content. — 19 days ago
15 years young. Still going strong. Tannins and fruits still doing their job. Delicious. — 7 days ago
Pinot Noir blend of fruit from eight different Willamette vineyards. Beautiful organic-based nose of mushroom, tobacco, lavender and freshly turned wet soil. Just a bit of dark cherry. The pallet is light with black cherry, cranberry and black raspberry fruit with some notes of cola and spice. Light color and body. Elegant. Excellent QPR for a Willamette Pinot. Thank you for sharing, Kase! — 8 days ago
The 2019 Pinot Noir Campbell Ranch is fabulous. Complex and multi-dimensional, the 2019 is dynamic and super-expressive. Rose petal, lavender, spice, sage and mint play off a core of dark red/purplish berry fruit. This is a terrific Pinot from the northern part of the West Sonoma Coast. Desire Lines' Riesling Cole Ranch is racy and rich in 2020. Lemon confit orchard fruit, jasmine and light tropical accents are front and center. I suppose the 2020 is perhaps a bit less varietal than it can be, but soft, creamy contours more than compensate. The 2020 is a delicious wine to enjoy over the coming years. True cool site Sonoma coast Syrah in the hands of talented winemakers is criminally underrated. Delicious first night, falls apart overnight in the fridge. Beware. — 5 days ago
