Light red color, powerful scent of rose but not overpowering with a little hint of pepper with the most pleasant acidity in the end. — 17 days ago
After reading Eric Asimov’s article on the fallacy of “noble grapes” today, I ended up discussing lesser known regions & grapes with a friend. My love of Corsica was part of that discussion & that prompted me to grab this for tonight. Darker fruit, effortless palate weight & nuanced texture. Beautiful stuff. — 2 months ago
Round mouth feel w a nice lingering mineral finish. Seafood linguini in a light cream sauce — 21 days ago
Lychee fruit, seaside, and sunshine. Light, refreshing.
Delicious! Surprisingly dry for an 11.5%.
Would pair well with grilled sea fish and shrimp. — a month ago
On the nose: Lavender, peach, strawberry. Very nice
Palate balances fruit ripeness and acidity beautifully. Strawberry, stonefruit, red grapefruit.
Exquisite balance and dangerously gulpable. Another beauty from Corsica. — 3 months ago
Fragrant nose of flowers, lemon, peach, sea breeze and a hint of jalapeno pepper. Palate has more weight and texture than I was expecting. The fruit notes on the nose come through on the palate with good balance of fruit and acidity. Very clean.
Delicious quaffer that is exceedingly chuggable. — a month ago
