All Green Everything from Other Half is a terrific hazy IPA. It was streets ahead of others when it first came out. Now it probably lacks a bit of the finesse of some of its peers but still has tons of depth a nuance. A reference point and always a pleasure. — 5 years ago
Loved it - uncork, give it a half hour to open up, and drink now. — 3 months ago
I was hoping to experience the same style of Syrah from this label that I enjoyed a decade ago, full of flowers and blueberry notes. Instead, this bottle was a peppery and brambly version. Still tasty but not as terrific as I remembered. It did open up nicely after half an hour of decanting, and a sniff of the decanter provided a faint bacon aroma as sometimes happens with Rhone reds. This wine (2018 vintage) was a good match with my braised beef cheeks at the Black Sheep restaurant in Santa Barbara. — 3 years ago
Enhance Your Mind by Other Half Brewing Co. is a triple IPA with an array of hops: Mosaic, Citra, Simcoe, Motueka, Citra Cryo and Simcoe Cryo. Tastes very balanced for a 10% beer. Citrus, grapefruit, a little pine. Very smooth texture. Elegant finish. Other Half really excels at this style. — 5 years ago
This ain’t half bad. Maybe I just like to lavish out reasonable marks, but it’s a crowd-pleaser. Lemon rind, roasted almonds and roasted nuts on the nose lead to a weighty, sweet mid palate. Lacking acidity along with a relatively short, exotic finish, I’m willing to overlook its fault lines, cos overall it’s good. — 2 years ago
A bottle we enjoy at parallax for half price Wednesday night. Julian recommended. — 4 years ago

This one starts off a bit rough to me compared to the Muni which is much more refined imho but it worked with the second half of the dinner where the flavors were stronger and could hold up to it. — a month ago
