Pop and pour. Disappearing quickly. On the nose: pear, lemon oil, wet stone, hazelnut. On the palate: lovely acidity, but really stunning density, hazelnut oil, lemon, soft pepper and limestone. Wow. Really lovely and slathered in minerality. — 8 months ago
