We had the 2014 Vintage on 3/4-5/20. This bottle was purchased at the winery. Still had some tannins that eventually smoothed out. Blackberry and bing cherry were on the bouquet and palate. A full bodied Pinot Noir with a short, smooth finish. — 25 days ago

Molt bon Priorat, entrada potent, amb cos i llarg regust. Agradable en nas. Els tanins controlats. 60€ at Vinacoteca. — 9 days ago
Absolutely delicious Priorat! Blackberry, dark cherry, savoury, flowery and wet forest floor. Captivating liqourice. Some vanilla and smoke from oak. Unfiltered. Full bodied. Just stunning wine! — a month ago
Deep garnet in color with lots of body, this Pinot drinks more like a Cab. Finished smooth with aromas of burnt cassis and licorice. — 2 months ago

very nice wine but expensive. have had same quality at half the cost — a month ago
We recently pulled some cases out of storage, which haven't seen the light of day for nearly 15 years, so I'll have some fun posts in the next several months.
Nose has dried black cherry, dried tart cherry, dried black currant, slight eucalyptus, dark chocolate, stewed raisin, mashed blackberry, faint chalkboard dust and dried rose.
Palate has sweet prune, semi-dried black cherry, sweet-roasted red pepper, dried boysenberry, briar and dry earth. Honestly, somewhat reminiscent of an Amarone-style. Medium long finish is satisfying.
Decanted ~60 minutes. In an aged, but happy spot today, certainly ready to drink, but could likely make a 20th birthday in proper storage.
Unfined & Unfiltered, this bottle threw the most amount of sediment I can recall of any bottle we've ever opened, even in comparison to older Port or Zinfandel.
