Better bottle last round. Kind of an Hermitage lite. I’d hold this now another 5-6 years was in a flat phase. — 6 months ago
So happy to back in ZH! My favorite Swiss grocery store white, 2020 edition. — 6 months ago
Certainly one of the most interesting and delicious wines of 2021. From grapes, a producer and a region I have little familiarity with. Cave de la cote was winery of the year and this wine, a hybrid blend of gamay and ancellota aged 18 months in oak is wonderful. Tense with great acid, fruity and aromatic (violet, rose and blackberry) from the moscato terpene influence this is a wine that would pair amazing with a pork chop, schnitzel or a steak with egg noodles. — 7 months ago
Fondue wine. (Just add cheese.) — a month ago
Wouldn't have guessed this had Gamay. Tastes like a slightly more tart Pinot. Notes of raspberry. Had at beast and cleaver — 4 months ago
vif chasselas fleuri, qui s'achève sur des notes reglissées — 7 months ago

Raspberry color, light, translucent. Nose: Peppery, raspberry, translucent, fresh. Stretched like a mountain wine, beautifully chewy.🇨🇭
Couleur framboise, légère, translucide. Nez Poivré, framboise, translucide, fraîcheur. Tendu comme un vin de montagne, avec une belle
mâche. 🇨🇭 — 4 months ago
