Magnificent white. The nose is beautiful with hints of honey and a glimpse of bread and butter that calls the chardonnay in. In the mouth it is dry, mineral and rich with a slightly herbaceous aftertaste. Oak is not overwhelming at all. The winemaker works in a natural way and puts extra care in the work in the vineyard. For me it's a perfect match
