Brilliant, shiny ruby red.
Bright wild raspberries and cherries with dried flowers, menthol and Kirsch.
Hints of truffles and pepper. Super crisp tannins and acidity for days from this medium bodied wine.

Last bottle 😭 It’s been 2 years since I drank this, and it was exactly this time of year. Terrific red for the end of winter. Substantial body and warmth, but also carries a fruity freshness and lightness. Strawberry, red licorice, baking spices and fresh herbs. Give it plenty of air. Ready for warmer weather. — 2 months ago
