The ultimate dessert wine for me and my wife: noble rot at its most noble and the perfect honey taste. — a month ago
my second ever tokaj.
true pale gold 👀
oak, ripe and canned fruit with a small piece of candied ginger and a couple of caramel coated nuts👃
slightly syrupy fruit compote with carefully added spices👄
long pleasent 🎯
not my style and not the best of the style, but more then decent.
for the sake of science paired it with simple supermarket blue cheese and they got along ok.
it suited chocolate fudge much better.
24hr later: felt deeper and more caramelised. texture got a bit oily. at first it only got better but then hinted bitterness surfaced.

Really drinkable, a nice balance of acid and a little sweetness — a month ago
Strong honey with great sweetness — 16 days ago
Lovely surprise here. Snappy acid, loads of extract, very textural and linear. Love the searing acid profile this has. Bergamot, a slight petrol note, crisp and tart yellow fruit, marzipan, a slight herbaceous hint as well. There’s a fragrant honey note in the background too. — a month ago
This is one intense white. Nose has a wallop of sweet minerality along with pear/Golden Delicious apple fruit. The flavor concentration in the mouth is remarkable. Minerals, fruit, a lily-like floral note. Long finish. Decent acids. Eye-opening for me about what dry Furmint can achieve! — a month ago
