Crushed oyster shell, hay, lemon, lime, pear, a flowery thing, too. The palate is super dry, with a nice tension, some peary and lemony notes all along, an electric mouthfeel, a powerful mid palate that expands, and a very long finish with some grip, peary and lemony notes and a tiny salty touch. Fragrant nose of passion fruit, underripe star fruits, apricot, honey, and hint of white floral. Good match between sweetness and refreshing acidity. Light ginger spice adds to the lingering finish.
