バッドヴィンテージの2014。
他のヴィンテージは飲んでないので、比較コメントはできないのだが、
ドライフラワー的な少し熟成感はあれど、すごく瑞々しく透明感がある。
この数日前に、ロアーニャの2014ピラを飲んだが、タンニンはこちらの方が細く滑らかで、ネッビオーロの収斂的なのは、ほぼ感じない。

この辺は、4日間という短期マセレーションがそういうスタイルにさせるのかな？

ロアーニャの方が、いわゆるバローロらしい感じだが、これは軽やかながらも、奥行きがあって、上質感のあふれる味わい。

Very good, especially at the price (21.99 P&P). Cherry, menthol, clove…big and bold. Soft tannins, long finish. Enjoyed with fresh baked sourdough bread and creamy cauliflower /potato soup (ty Roosters) and Taralli crackers with pesto goat cheese). — 2 months ago
