This a very nontypical white wine from the Malbec region out of 100% Malbec grapes, it actually boasts an unique flavor profile; its primary aromas are on the white flowers, and hint of lemon peel, as for the taste it has a welcoming crispy, and dry opening with unripe stony fruits.
Does not have any of the tension, waxy and richness mouthfeel of the red Malbec (obviously), but if feels like an aperitif crispy and refreshing white wine that can be also paired with light seafood dishes or simple salads. Had it on Malbec World day, Cheers! — 4 days ago

Nose presents baking spices and a touch of soft brown sugar. Palate is dense and layered, as usual for this producer (before the winery changed hands the first time around). Notes of coffee, tobacco and maple syrup come through on the mid palate. Nice tannin/acidity combination complete what is a classic BV presentation. Drink these within the 24 months. This winery has been on the slide ever since Ed Snyder and team departed. I tasted some of the 18’s and 19’s and they were a mere shadow of the previous product.

95-96. Potente e bilanciato. Molto legno a naso al momento che compre un po’ le ceste di frutta matura che vengono fuori da questo vino. Veramente notevole la maturità del frutto. Veramente un bel vino. 94-96.
Puro ed espressivo. Intenso ed elegante.
La miglior maturità riscontrata in tutti i vini assaggiati fin’ora.
Blend 54 CS 43 M 4 PVerdot 1 CF.
Al naso espressivo con frutta e suolo. Al palato fine, molto naturale e altrettanto preciso e pulito. Finale caldo e avvolgente.
Lascia in bocca la natura del luogo.
