73/13/7/5/2 blend of Garnacha, Syrah, Monastrell, Graciano and Piquepoul Blanc. Pink to red rose petal in color (it’s not just the artwork) light cherry aroma, Good tangerine-cherry-white pepper flavor consistent with two main red varietals here. Not quite bone dry but close. Nice acidity and mineral finish. Muted flavors overall but a fine wine for sipping on a hot day. Paired so well with a Bianco Verde pizza al fresco last week at Pizzeria Bianco that I went out and bought a bottle. — 3 years ago
100% Arinto grapes. Straw golden color with an interesting green hue. Grapes are grown in literal cracks in the volcanic soil. Intense mineral aromas along with hints of grapefruit. The palate is full of minerals and grapefruit as well along with an infusion of lemon. Nice note of salinity on the long and lingering finish. Beautiful freshness and acidity. Fresh and persistent. Outstanding and unique! — 2 months ago
First time trying this type of varietal. Savory fleshy bouquet. Mushroom , forest floor, earthy loam, prune and raisin. Great backbone of acid, cherry and more prune on the palate. Lots of structure to keep aging. Very unique wine. 13% — 5 months ago

Gosh, this producer sure knows how to pull on my heartstrings. The palate was very light, watery thin even, but the perfume it exuded was just incredible. Fresh roses, violets, cherries, orange zest, smoky incense, and some herbs. Boah, I could just keep swirling and smelling this wine. — 8 months ago
