Pours a copper-gold color that will immediately make you wonder if this has been oxidized, but apparently that's the style. Like their reds, they seem to turn everything up to 11 in Montefalco.

キャンティクラシコのようなカリカリした感じはなく、優しい口当たりで上品な甘さ。
カシス、カカオ、ハーブ、乳酸。
ぶりの刺身、牡蠣は醤油をつけたらマッチした。
グラスはどちらでもだけど、ボルドーが上品な甘さが味わえて良かったかな。
