Big Cru Beujolais. Tart red fruit, crisp acidity, tannic and not showing much carbonic flavors. Very Burgundy like. — 5 years ago
This was a little off after opening and didn't really settle into a good tasting experience for about an hour. And what was left in the bottle was even better the next evening. — 2 years ago

This guy needs some age for epic (for Beaujolais) tannins. It is aggressive which makes sense for windmill wine. And yet there is an elegance. I'm so glad I got two bottles so I can try it again in a year or so and see what happens. Oh the fun of having living breathing beverages in your wine fridge! — 8 years ago
