2015 vintage. Last tasted 5.17.23 (9.4) and 3.8.23 (9.3). Courtesy of @Bill Bender. Decanted and tasted after 45 minutes and 1.5 hours. Medium body. Color just starting to flash slightly rusty/brown. Dirty nose and dirty flavors. This example had dropped much of the youthful fruit and in a state of transition. Still nice but definitely embracing soil/earth aspects vs those flighty fruit tones. Pale lemon color with aromas of citrus, stone fruits and flinty floral notes. On the palate flavors of apple, peach and lemon citrus with notes of white flowers and spice. Medium+ finish, vivid acidity, nice balance ending with lemon citrus and flinty mineral character. Will age a bit. — 4 months ago
