80% #grenache 10% #Syrah 5% #mourvedre and 5% #cinsault like a liquor and I love it. — a month ago
We’ve been saving this 2004 for a special occasion. It was worth it. Smooth and a wonderful pairing with a Christmas Eve roast. — 2 months ago
Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of several hours. The 2012 pours a ruby/purple color with a transparent core; medium+ viscosity with moderate staining of the tears. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of lovely ripe red and black fruits: mixed brambles, Morello cherry, red flowers, licorice, garrigue, a touch of leather, mixed spices. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ tannins and medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is long and rich. Drink now through 2032. — 5 days ago
Spectacular aromas of sweet berries, orange! Really smooth on the palate! Did not get time to decant it! Paired with mutton kebabs and a yuckni pulao! Outstanding! — a month ago
In a word this wine is “intense”! It’s full bodied and high octane with ripe, juicy red and black fruit (red and black plum, cherry, raspberry, strawberry, mulberry), black licorice, earth, meat, leather, and sweet baking spice notes.
The medium acidity and deep concentration of aromas and flavors bring balance to the high alcohol (15.5% ABV); the tannins are smooth and supple. It has a lingering finish. — a month ago
It had a weird texture to it and nothing memorable. Another one that is overpriced. — a month ago
Molto buono, il nostra favarito. Costco fa un buono lavoro. E' 20 dollari, sarebbe impossible di solito. Prendi quando la trovi a Conosco. — a month ago
