Subtle green apples and sea minerals on the nose.
Very pretty translucency of lemon in the glass. Pale and poised.
Playful, zippy, yet contained and linear. It’s like someone said indulge your creativity but here’s a constraint so that you stay on task.
So taut. So clean. Densely mineral. Soulfully Chablis with that sea shell kimerridgian soil clarity.
Orchard fruit and maybe some light citrus fruit like kumquats. Underripe white peaches. Also reminds me of these light yellow raisins from the mountains of Hunzah my mom sometimes brings when she visits. Beautiful. — 3 months ago
2023 vintage. A single parcel Chablis that could be mistaken for a Premier Cru (until you taste their Premiers Crus alongside). Much more complexity and minerality compared to the basic Chablis. — 3 months ago
Wow. Just wow. Amazing village Chablis.
Nose: lovely fleshy peaches. Elegant but sexy.
Palate: perfect peaches bonded with minerals. Dense sensual.
This wine really is its own thing.
If you have the room a 2 case purchase a year. 10 if you do dinner parties.

Not to be confounded with the mythical Vincent Dauvissat, but this is a great estate in its own right. An excellent example of a basic Chablis. The " parcellaires" ( single parcel selections) are even better. — 3 months ago
Exoticism, olive? olive juice, so saline, focused, wow the acid, so unique, Complex, saline, compact and unreal finesse and energy. Terrific purity. Inner mouth aromas. Very saline and complex and just so deep and endless. Finishes clean and so so elegant but slathered with minerals and and so long. — 2 years ago
