This high elevations, dry climate and challenging soil grapes, produce highly concentrated flavors and richness. A fierce red wine with aromas of black cherry and vanilla spice followed by rich flavors of bold black cherry cola (for those new generations) and blueberry, with a lovely finish of chocolate spice. Excellent for paellas, grilled meats, hearty stews.

Cedarman is blend of Rattlesnake and Dragon vineyards, a zin with a 20% helping of petite sirah. On pnp this exhibits an intoxicating nose and you can just sense the plush palate ahead.
