Enough alcohol to knock out a horse; 10 out of 10 recommend — 3 days ago
Sea shell/breeze, lemon zest, vanilla, underripe pear, toasted oak. On the leaner side, but still enough orchard fruit and a hint of oak in the finish to add complexity and fullness. Good stuff. — 2 days ago
Buttery and fresh. Easy, warm, lightly tart and juicy. — 11 days ago
Raspberry, red currant, rhubarb rolled around in loamy earth. Dry tannic finish. — 15 days ago
Very fruity and fresh, paired with braised chicken wings with harissa sauce. Nice, easygoing pairing with no fuss and frills. — 22 days ago

Beaujolais Cru est arrive! Moulin-à-vent tasting.
Destemmed, Burgundian elevage. Comes from clay rich site. Dense and concentrated with fuller body. Pommard with accentuated fruit.
2015 is a great vintage in Beaujolais. Another great vintages are 2011 and 2009.

Very floral nose with elder flower, an herbal touch too. There is a citrusy nose too with yuzu and lemon. That's a good Sauvignon nose. The palate is easy going with a strong acid drive, a nice lemony note all along, a strong grip, a nice build up in mid palate and a long finish with lemon and lemon peel notes in the end, bringing a slight bitter note. It was served along a raclette (the very last one of the season) and held its ground quite nicely against an avalanche of melting dairy based heaven. — 15 days ago
