A charming nature chianti, evolved, black fruits ( plum, black cherry, prune). Medium+body, Beautifully smooth in the mouth. Chocolate, vanilla, toasted mêlâtes notes with oaky -type, smoked breeding notes, carried by a flint-type mineral weft. Rare price/pleasure ratio.

Quinine, lemon peel, grapefruit rind, also the natural sweetness of honey.
Oh wow. That is a flavor bomb. Actually kind of similar to the flavor profile of a white Negroni sans the bitterness and booze.
Honestly even some slight banana notes. V interesting. Like a chenin, yes. But way more acid. It’s interesting. Crisp apples. Green. Lemon oil.

This guy apparently has worked with all the top sangiovese handlers such as Palmucci, Gambelli, Manetti and so on, but lost the train to become famous and still he is doing the right thing
This is just more than an ordinary Montecucco and fits perfectly in the "serious sangiovese" bracket. I expect it to age beatifully for quite a while. Demeter producer. — a year ago
