This is a great time to open this! It's really come a long way in the past 2 years- standing up to its big Cab brother now. Perfect pairing with pork and BBQ dishes. — 6 months ago
Mineral, oak and a bit of bret on the nose. Pretty good acid balance with the fruit. Not overly oaked and not trying to be a butter bomb. Short clean finish. Not deeply complex. — a year ago

Sweet all the way throughout. Can actually taste the bourbon finish. Lots of rich dark fruit. — 10 months ago
Amazing how well this has held up. 10 years in my cellar and it is so similar to the wine I tasted back then. It definitely leans a bit towards the new world in ripeness and richness but still has plenty of balance and varietal character. Wild cherry, black plum, red licorice, with lots of sweet spice, brown sugar, and a slightly medicinal undercurrent on the long finish. — 4 years ago
Sunday lunch with the annual boys trip away for the Rugby where the Wallabies had a win over Wales last weekend. Lunch at top notch Sydney restaurant Icebergs at Bondi Beach. I picked this one from the extensive Wine List from young gun Joshua Cooper who has some famous neighbours in the Macedon Ranges like Bindi and Curly Flat. This was more full bodied than I was expecting but got the thumbs up from all the Rugby fans who ordered a 2nd bottle. A generous Pinot showing ripe red fruits and plenty of whole bunch character. — 5 months ago
This is gorgeous! Ticks so many Pinot Noir boxes on the nose and palate. Sexy primary cherry fruit, ethereal, complex, earthy notes and slightly stemmy structure. Nice work Josh! 👍🏽👍🏽🍷🍷👌🏽👌🏽 — 6 months ago
