Very deep and intense. Dark plum and cherry. Hints of cola. Iodine and dried herbs. Really intense and rounded. Very good of its style — 3 months ago
Wow! The value of this... 17 EUR a bottle, delivery to Poland from France included. This is a steal!
A gorgeous nose of cherry, wet soil, geranium, licorice... This is intense. The palate shows perfect balance with a nice and long acid backbone, some width and a great, almost crunchy texture with a soft mouthfeel that turns into a turbulent sea in midpalate, with tannins sharpening a bit and giving it another layer. The finish is fruit forward, almost umami, with that layer of turbulences gently brushing up that bright fruit to make it a truly enjoyable tasting experience. That's why you love cru Beaujolais... — 4 months ago

1st Jan 2023. One of the last wines of the night. Big hit. Complex, savoury. — a month ago
Pale lemon in color, this energetic young Chablis expresses precise aromas of lemon, lime, green apple, white peach with a hint of oyster shell and wet stones. Medium bodied with a zesty high acidity and intense flavors, the 2020 Chablis Vieilles Vignes from Bessin-Tremblay is game on. Drink now or until 2030. — 5 months ago

3H decant, then double-decant for service.
Really coming into the zone (for my palate) with reduced acidity and secondary dry-ish fruit notes starting to peek out, dried lemon peel, candied tangerine; dried peach, day-old lemon wedge. Note to future self, drink remaining stock 2025-30. 🤞 — a month ago
I shall have no other love than a wine and its warm embrace. — 3 months ago
