Aged Stony Hill Chard and fresh oysters for Christmas eve ...perfection

Pop and pour. A wondrous medium gold color. Nose: beautiful notes of grilled peach, honey, floral, crushed almonds, lemon toast. Taste: rich, balanced, oily fantastic mouthfeel wine with pear, white pepper, saline, apple, crushed stones and a long smooth lemon-mineral finish. YUM!
