This is a crisp and fresh Sonoma chard with just the right amount of fruit and so much character. We love this for a US Chardonnay.

Full of life. So fresh, cool, crisp, with those poultry notes that make it very food friendly. I still prefer trout gulch and appreciate the more mineral side of things over there for this producer, this is like the contrast. Not to be overlooked but definitely completely different.
