Versatile pairing Pinot Noir from Oregon
8 separate Pinot Noir clones represented, with well-balanced red and blue fruit flavors. Took nearly an hour to open up
Uses sustainable and Organic farming practices (the vineyard was recently purchased and is transitioning to biodynamic) — a month ago
Dark berries and cinnamon-like spices. More body and tannins than I expected from a Beaujolais Gamay - and took about 30 minutes to open up in the glass.
