An incredibly powerful, oxidative wine from Jura. The intensely nutty, salty, oily, honied flavors were magical with the “Pastured chicken, preserved lemon, garlic confit” dish which tasted braised and white-saucey.

Electric on the nose!
Palate of plums, ripe cherries, subtle purple flowers, and tertiary characteristics of earth.
Very interesting! It almost tastes French!
