I have been to their tasting room in Chablis. A very good and consistent producer.

The showed the quality of 2022. Nice fruit, texture, soft minerality with just a slight touch of flintiness.

On target and in the window. What I have drank of Pauillac this was lighter in its feet but the blackberry tobacco cigar wrapper with some nice tannins and acid. This could probably go longer but glad I opened it. — 15 days ago
