3.5. Excellent Sy. Emilion with complexity, a good balance of fruits and minerals, and a smooth aftertaste. On sale for $34.99, regularly $44.99. — 4 days ago
Deep Ruby with aromas of dried fruits and sweet notes. On the palate flavors of dried apricot and blackberry, well balanced with lively acidity, full-bodied, good structured. Long finish, smooth tannins ending with cacao and rich sweet fruit tones. Very nice! — 3 months ago
Deep red fruit, cassis, slightly dusty. Explodes at first, then recedes with time. Wow. — 4 months ago
2022 vintage. Dark red, much deeper colour than usual for this estate. Marie-Laure Lurton seems to have gone for a bit more extraction in this exceptional vintage. More powerful than usual, with a fresh black fruit personality, embedded in a tight, ripe tannic structure. Serious length too. Decanting recommended,as it showed better the next day. Ab. 14%. — a month ago
A beautiful blend. Lemon and a bit of orange on the palate. Nice acidity. Great with chicken. September 2024. — 2 months ago
Some white peach, almond, subtle plum skin. If you don’t see the color, it drinks surprisingly close to a southern Italian white like Greco di tufo — 3 months ago

First taste!? Mature with a bit of bricking but still nice solid color and bouquet of mature red fruits and earth. Velvety and enticing on palate. Excellent with Evan’s Shanghainese pork belly. 51/43/4/2 Merlot/Cab/CabFranc/Petit Verdot on label from Bernard Magrez touting same attention as his Pape Clement, and long history dating back to 1120. Importer label says 37/55/6/2 instead! (Oldest in Medoc, 1400 by house of Foix loyal to King of England. 1486 Camet new owner. 1500s by Michel de Montaigne.) — 14 days ago
