Excellent, well balanced, not too dry and not too sweet — 7 months ago
Refreshing almost dry Rosé. We enjoyed it with chicken and by itself. Flavors of strawberry, citrus and minerals. — 5 months ago
Peach on the nose. Delicately balanced rose. Low minerality — 7 months ago
Super interesting ages rose paired with rose octopus at chèvre d’or. They made us blind it in these black glasses. Thought it was a heavy white at first. With Manu and Hitomi. Overlooking eze with the best seats in the house bc Manu met the som at a bar in nice last week — 9 months ago
Let’s explore this 2009 Clos de La Maréchale!
It’s medium ruby with garnet around the rim. The nose is positively perfumed with notes of violet, rose, boysenberry, mulberry, ripe black cherry, kirsch, clove, cedar, vanilla, cardamom, anise, chervil, fennel fronds, leather, crushed stone, forest floor, tobacco, peat moss, and mushroom.
On the palate this wine is dry with medium (+) acidity, a medium body, high alcohol (14% ABV), flavors are concentrated and consistent with the nose. It has a lingering finish.
It’s multifaceted, vibrant, layered and delicious – cheers to exploring the world of wine one sip at a time! — 2 months ago

Another solid vintage of this consistently good Provence Rose’. This vintage’s blend is Grenache (50%), Cinsault (30%) and Syrah (20%). Light pink in color with some lavender highlights. Fruit forward aromas of strawberry, watermelon, red flowers and lemon zest. Same fruity flavors with additional notes of peach, orange, and minerals. Touch of white pepper on the tart finish. Crisp, refreshing and clean with a faint hint of sweetness. Nice balance of acidity and alcohol (12.5%). Thanks for sharing, Chris B! — 15 days ago
