2018 vintage. Big cherry pie/cherry pop-tart nose plus a pinch of raspberry and mint. Light-medium/medium body. Baking chocolate, cocoa powder, kirsch liqueur, rhubarb, allspice, dust and vanilla bean. Oak slightly showy in the frontal palate but then dissipates in a shimmering dissolve. Tannins, while present, are not exactly what I’d call firm. Verry drinkable now and for the next dozen years or so. Past that? Could be drinking the skeleton. — a month ago

And so it happened that after 30 years or so since I started to fel in love with wine the wife says: “I think it’s time I learned more about wine”. Even when you thought live is not longer capable to surprise you, it does🤣 so after finishing a bottle of Gloria ‘06 we opened a bottle Pontet Canet ‘06 and the education started. And with a little help of the internet we kicked of, meanwhile swapped the full bottle into a empty bottle 🤪 so now we find another reason to drink some wine, let there be rock!! — 3 months ago

We had the 2014 Vintage on 8/6-7/21. Still had tannin. Softened the wine with the aerator. Nice tastes of bing cherry, blackberry and and earthy minerality. A New World wine but trying for Burgundian. Still very good. — 3 months ago
2019 vintage. 40% Tinta Roriz (Tempranillo), 30 % Touriga Nacional, 30 % Touriga Franca (French Touriga).
Hand harvested and aged 12?months in oak barrels.
Nose of plums, vanilla and cinnamon.
Really smooth with ripe red fruit, plums, raspberries, chocolate and vanilla with round tannins.
Give me some lamb or grilled steak. — 5 months ago
