I don’t know what to think of this throughout the experience. It was funky with all kinds of damp wood and forest floor and exotic dark incense type characters very 1er Gevrey. In the mouth it was deep and rich but still with lift and verve fruit intact and a nice finish. By the bottom of the bottle the aromas were so heady, like concentrated brand new leather interior of a car still going down easy with a nice extract and fruit wrapped in complexity. Have never even heard of the producer. Excited to see the other couple bottles! I’m giving it an extra .1 because it’s 22 years old and holding nicely. — 6 years ago
need at least 6 hours to enjoy this, but once it's done it gives dense, fruity and mineral-touch sweetness. — 8 years ago
Very well-balanced. I got vanilla and pear with slight minerality at the finish. Less creamy than the Puligny we drank straight after. Just a really delicious expression of Beaune chard. — 9 years ago
Red fruit, soft with a bit of acidity. Good value — 10 years ago
A cheap Premier Cru, and not disgusting. Standard notes of copper, smoke, bacon. Would go well with soy sauce BBQ meats. But not amazing. — 4 years ago
Unexpectedly delicious. Reasonable price ($20) at k and l. Pinot in the way that I like it not too sweet. Lovely acid, a bit of wood and even some leather. A light red with character! — 6 years ago

Hay, cherry, crushed rock, leather, vanilla. Quite a nice typical, barrel aging showing, burgundy nose. The palate is very well balanced : strong acid backbone and delicate cherry notes with some grip on the sides. A silky layer all around that makes it very delicate and approachable, some tannins that kick things up a bit and a finish with cherry and almost raspberry with a pinch of vanilla and some oak. Nice finish that lasts for a while. Very delicate and tangy. Good wine. — 7 years ago
Nice easy drinking Pinot. Selected by Scott from K&L — 10 years ago
Bright, lean and crisp. Nice acidity and classic midpalate. Long finish. I need to drink more white burgundy! — 10 years ago
Encore une fois quel beau vin expressif, gourmand, du fruit rouge généreux, des épices douces, un bel équilibre, ç a se boit tout seul, très bien. 90-91
Gorgeous and generous red fruit, spices, soft to medium bodied, very expressive and nicely balanced, drinks easy yet gives a lot for the price. — 4 years ago
Can’t believe it’s not reductive — 7 years ago
Creamy, cheesy and meaty nose. Rhubarb-like dryness on the palate. Fine structure with deep and round tannins. — 9 years ago

My first 2024. It’s still very young, but definitely delivers.
The nose gives notes of sweet-sour lemons, tart green apple, pineapple flesh, kiwi, papaya, green melon, notes of white stone, some tangerine, fruit some white pepper, there’s some sort of combination of greens that have a moss type quality, saline, volcanic minerals, dry limestone, vanilla, frothy cream, chalkiness, just a hint of caramel and yellow & white lilies framed and white spring flowers.
The palate is round, rich, lush, viscous and a touch waxy. The nose confirms the palate. Sweet-sour lemons, tart green apple, golden apple, pineapple flesh, kiwi, papaya, green melon, notes of white stone fruit, some tangerine, mango, marmalade bits, white pepper/spice, there’s some sort of combination of greens that have a touch of moss type quality, saline, volcanic minerals, dry limestone, dry river stone, flintiness, vanilla, frothy cream, dry chalky powder, caramel and yellow & white lilies framed and white spring flowers, rainfall acidity, balance, length, good tension, and elegance with a finish that lands on white spice and minerals that last over two-minutes. — 5 days ago
