Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of an hour. The 2023 pours a red-salmon color with a moderate mousse. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of mostly ripe fruit, similar to confected strawberry and raspberry soda pop. On the palate, the wine is off-dry with medium acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium and has some nice minerals too. This is a ridiculously easy quaffer. Drink now. — 22 days ago

Bugey is the perfect summer wine region, I've had this bottle, but my palate leans towards the Patrick Bottex version, it seems to have more life. Either way, it's a win.

Big fan of Bugey Cerdon and this drinks a lot like BG. 8.5% ABV with a little residual sugar. Delicious with strawberry, raspberry and red cherry. The fruit is a little ripe and tasty. — 2 years ago
