2023/3. Wild, woodsy red fruit, flowers and their stems and a touch of spice on the nose. Translucent stony fruit in the mouth - the acidity feels a little low (due to the vintage) but instead of feeling blowsy it comes across as alkaline - like burgundy made with Contrex. — 3 years ago
Full-bodied Rosé tasting of cream, vanilla, and white fruit. An extraordinary and more complex Rosé than I have had generally had.

Cloudy, flowery, funky.
A blend of Scheurebe and 3 Muscat varieties, 4 months skin contact, fermented on the lees.
Exotic nose with lychee, flowers in bloom, a bit of mango & guava, with some nice funk and brilliant freshness.
Great energy on the palate, bone dry and with nice, chalky minerality under the juicy acidity, a touch of tannins, great purity & flow.
This is delicious stuff! A perfect orange wine for beginners. — 3 years ago
This was Minute Maid lemonade mix, violets, and the smell of freshly sanded wood. Really fine acidity and surprising depth. I could sniff these for hours. I kinda did. I think @Carla Hine thought I was weird for doing so. — 4 years ago

Smoky and full flavoured, without being too rich. — 6 years ago
Barrel (Used) aged Semillon/Sauvignon Blanc white blend. Light silver/yellow color with green highlights. Aromas of orchard fruit, white flowers, citrus and a hint of vanilla. Flavors of white peach, gooseberries, lemon/lime, green apple and pineapple fruit with hints of mint and spices. Touch of minerals on the long and crisp finish. Electric acidity and 13% ABV. Slightly creamy texture and a bit of heft from the neutral oak aging. Bold and complex. — 3 months ago
Lime, apple, and honeysuckle. Light and zesty but a touch less dry. — 7 months ago

Dinner Halsey - Mark and Karen - balance of acidity / lemon - green apples - loved it. — 5 years ago
Slight touch of brett. Added to the wine as the fruit was still present. Was a great one. — 6 years ago

Bright and punchy fruit. Almost sizzling with acidity. Green apple and pear and salinity. Young but very good — a month ago
