We really enjoyed this one. Eleven years after the vintage, and we paired it with our Easter dinner which was really a varied feast of steaks, ham, veggies, and roast potatoes. Red and dark fruit here with a flintiness present. Nice depth here. A beautiful pairing with our marbled steak.
