Full boar. Bold and tannic. Wild — a year ago
This young Rioja is surprisingly very approachable.
Dark purple in color with a purple rim.
Full bodied, smooth and elegant, with medium acidity.
Dry and fruit forward with nice complexity.
Showing black currants, plums, tobacco, licorice, light oak, spices, chocolates, coffee and peppercorn.
Medium minus on the finish with fine grained tannins and tangy raspberries.
Would be nice to revisit it in 3 years.
Tangy and good by itself or with food.
14% alcohol by volume.

About $120. Balanced and easy to drink. Not too light but also not a fruit bomb. Right down the middle. Refined wine. — 3 years ago
Still a bit young, but a smooth and balanced red. Medium, medium, medium. — 6 months ago
Bright cherry nose
A well crafted wine, this has a medium to bigger body, sea salted cherry, oregano, pomegranate seed, orange zest, berry stem.
The tannins are gripping yet subdued by the wines character, and persimmon acidity.
An excellent and contemplative tipple.

Blind I swore it was a Chilean wine like a blend with Carmenere. It has that smoky minty aroma — 9 days ago
